Navigating Job Interview Feedback

Receiving unhelpful job interview feedback is a common experience for many job seekers. It's discouraging when candidates put in time, energy, and other resources to prepare, only to get vague feedback that offers little insight. I believe this is unfair.

Job interview feedback should promote growth, and inspire action. Doing this can stregthen the employer's reputation and motivate the candidate.
