Welcome to week 3 of your Career Raod Map; it's all about Feedback.
Aligned with the Career Road Map's framework, this week's activity includes an inspirational quote, a reflective question, and an action to complete.
In case you missed out on the activities for weeks 1 and 2, they focused on career growth, values, and beliefs.

According to Ken Blanchard, "Feedback is the breakfast of champions." I endorse this view because I have benefitted from both constructive and destructive feedback.
I invite you to schedule time to reflect on the feedback you have received throughout the year.
Reflective question
Consider the feedback you have received from a range of people such as your manager, direct reports, stakeholders and clients, what insights have you gained about yourself?
Action
To optimise your personal development, write down the following:
The behaviours or habits you need to stop?
The behaviours or strategies you need to start to enhance your performance.
The positive actions or strategies you must continue to achieve excellence.
Final Words
How did you find this activity? Did it make you feel uncomfortable? or did it give you a spring in your step?
Reflecting on feedback has numerous benefits, such as enhancing self-awareness and encouraging new perspectives, I trust that this activity has highlighted some of these benefits.
Take charge of your career growth by asking for feedback and reflecting on it.
By asking clear and specific questions and dealing with the responses with an open mind, you are more likely to reap the benefits of feedback.
As you navigate your career transition, use the insights you have gained as a compass. Embrace the STOP, START, and CONTINUE approach to leverage the feedback you receive.
Keep moving with confidence towards your goals.
I wish you success with your career transition.
